EOTOTO Sacramento Consulting and Project Management

We use a five-phase approach to small business consulting. This sequence of steps moves the consulting process beyond mere problem solving to optimizing both the impact and the growth of your company.

We have held many jobs throughout the years: Newspaper boy (the real early days!), line cook, real estate salesperson, executive assistant, senior operations manager, and entrepreneur. I even took a swing at being a delivery driver, who knew how hard it could be to locate building address!  Early on, most jobs lasted a year or two but that changed as I grew older and gained more confidence and work experience. That was until I opened my first company and became a small business owner.

We have seen a lot over the years. I worked for few companies in high profile roles, been involved in small businesses in a variety of industries, and more recently held senior operations roles at Tech Team IT Solutions. I know what it is like to start and scale a business and what it is like to work in today’s current corporate environment.

I invested in consulting and project management while running my own business, and have worked with a variety of professionals, consultants, and business owners over the years. I have learned how the right approach can unlock doors for an entrepreneur, small business owners, and companies with a larger footprint. Today, I use my experience and knowledge to support others in achieving their goals.

About You

You own a business. Sometimes you feel positive and good things are happening. Other times you do not have all the answers and feel like something is holding you back, but you cannot pinpoint what is missing. On the other hand, maybe you have identified the issue, but you are not sure how to handle it. While you thrive on being the leader and calling all the shots, it can be lonely at the top. Sure, you interact with employees, customers, partners, and vendors all day. However, you do not talk to them about the really important issues. Perhaps you are worried about being vulnerable as the leader or appearing lost about what to do next. Your feelings may be too personal to share with colleagues.

When you are feeling isolated and overwhelmed, it is difficult to have a clear perspective and context about your business and how it fits within your life. One day you are super excited about the opportunities in your business and the next day you may feel discouraged and burnt out. You know you should have an exit strategy, but some things need your attention today. You know you have some strategic decisions to make, but you are not clear how to proceed. You want more for your business and your life.

Why us?

I have walked in your shoes.  As an entrepreneur, I have been in some pretty tough spots and I survived, even flourished. When I exited my company after 18 years, I did it on my terms. I experienced extraordinary success and happiness based on good decision-making and hard work. Throughout the years, I worked with coaches, consultants, and fellow business owners to bolster my business. The support, advice, and most importantly the empathy they provided to me was invaluable.

My experience encompasses many functional business areas such as operations, marketing, technology, and leadership. I have a knack for problem solving, which is something I developed over the past 25 years. I am passionate about business and using my experience and knowledge to support other business owners in their entrepreneurial journeys. There is light at the end of the road, I can help you find the path to get there.
